So… Valentine’s Day. To be honest, we are not very fond of this commercialized ‘day of romance’ and all the hype around it. For us as a couple one of the most precious things is sharing experiences with each other: the moments of happiness, excitement, sadness and doubt, struggles and victories.
Travelling together is a huge part of this. That’s why we don’t really focus on gifts neither on Valentine’s Day nor on any other day of the year, because the greatest gifts for us are our adventures together. So our Valentine’s Day is nut just one day in a year, but it’s all of our long trips to faraway lands and our quiet weekend getaways and all of the fun time together.
As a Valentine’s Day inspiration here’s 10 of our romantic moments from our recent travels. Well, most of them are out in the wild, no fancy restaurants or dresses, just our hiking boots and all of nature’s beauties around – our perfect places. What are yours?
