Photo Essay: Paris In 12 Amazing Pictures
Paris has left an ambivalent impression on our first visit last year. Maybe we shouldn’t be so surprised about it. It’s such a huge city with so many different places and it’s one of the most touristy cities in the world. Our first impressions were bad. But during that 4 days we spent there we managed to find the Paris we love. And that’s what we want to show you now!
So here comes some of our sweetest moments through our favorite pictures of Paris. The list is far from complete – just as we can’t tick off a city. There’s much more to experience in Paris than what we are showing you now and much more than what we’ve found on our first visit. But maybe this photo essay can give a hint about where to start… because even that is not an easy thing to decide in such a large city packed with so many famous sights.
We loved the parks! And there are quite a few in the city center offering charming and peaceful getaways. Our favorite is probably Luxembourg Garden:

Not everything is classic in Paris though – like the modern building of Fondation Louis Vuitton in the park Bois de Boulogne.
But of course, Paris is the classical place for anything classic 😀
