There’s a national park at the US-Canadian border with long winters and unspoilt nature. It’s the land of grizzly bears and pretty lakes. The land of deep snow for most part of the year, but it becomes lively and colorful in the summer. It’s a real gem of the large and sparsely populated state of Montana. Glacier National Park is definitely one of our favorite parks in the US.
Stunning views and wildlife, magical lakes and glaciers, snowcapped peaks and millions of wildflowers made us deeply fall in love with Glacier! With more than 700 miles of trails it’s a paradise for hikers. While some of the popular trails get quite busy in the summer season, this huge park offers hidden beauty and solitude for whoever is looking for it.
But enough of the talk now because we wanted to show the magic of this park through our favorite pictures. Are you ready to fall in love?
